TERMS AND POLICIES

  • We value punctuality and strive to provide excellent service to all of our clients. Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. A delay of more than 10 minutes may result in the appointment being considered a no-show. In the event of a no-show, clients will be charged in full of the service booked as a missed appointment fee.

  • If you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows inconvenience both our barbers and other clients who could have utilized the appointment slot and will later affect the possibility of a future appointment. Subject to no show fee.

  • We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 1 hours notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment. Cancellations made less than 1 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps us compensate our barbers for their time and ensures that we can continue to provide exceptional service to all of our clients.
